Asset Training - Finalist in the 2024 Hunter Safety Award for "Best WHS Training Course"
Adding to it's 2019 & 2022 wins, Asset Training is continuing its proud tradition of being a finalist in the Hunter Safety Awards. 2024 is no different as Asset Training has once again been nominated as a finalist for the "Best WHS Training Program" for our Operate a hydro excavation course. Asset Training are the first registered training organisation in the Newcastle/Hunter region to deliver this Nationally Recognised Training course.
We are thankful and pay tribute to our parent company Aqua Assets. This collaboration has enabled Asset Training to develop a interactive and best in class course by leveraging from the skills and experience of an industry leading provider of hydro excavation and non-destructive digging contractor.
The Operate a hydro excavation skill set is design for participants who only complete hydro excavation (Non Destructive Digging | NDD) using a Class B gun/lance in association with a vacuum loading system. This course covers everything from equipment (high pressure pumps and vacuum loading systems), how to operate the equipment safely, the associated dangers, safe work practices and associated law, work permits and emergency response practices.
