Brief outline of training

Conduit Inspection and Reporting training  provides students with the knowledge and skills expected of a qualified CCTV operator undertaking conduit inspections and reporting in Australia.

A student will be fully exposed to the Conduit Inspection Reporting Code of Australia WSA05 given an introduction to conduit inspection software and shown how to perform a thorough CCTV conduit inspection.

Who should attend this training

CCTV operators who inspect sewer or stormwater conduits


There are no pre-requisites for this course however it is strongly recommended that candidates wishing to undertake this course should have already undertaken a White Card GIT, Confined Space Entry andTraffic Control courses or plan to do so before undertaking CCTV conduit inspection training.

Recognition or prior learning

Asset Training recognises accredited training by other Registered Training Organisations, work & life experience and previous training for the RPL process.

Applications for recognition of prior learning should be made via the online enrolment form.


Assessment will consist of a multiple choice assessment paper and question and answers during the course. There will also be practical observation of various job tasks as evidence of competence. Upon successful completion of the conduit inspection training course, participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment.
